"The air conditioning doesn't work very well. Rooms are very warm unless it's over 80 outside. And it seems the heat goes on at night and so my room was always hot. I wish the rooms had their own air conditioning and heater this would have made everything alot Better. Everyone was very nice though ..."

"Room was very clean in like new condition. Very pleased with appearance and size of room. Bed was pretty firm and I side sleep so it was tough on me, but bigger issue was the a/c did not blow cold air at all. Slept very little that night. Informed management next morning and they handled it well ..."
