"The design of the hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and well designed. The service is not so great. Staff were rude, specially front desk, they never say hello Or goodbye whenever you walk by it, they didn't try to Help , they didn't give us any hint/recommendations about the island. They are just there and useless. The pool food menu is also very week, they should have fingers food; tzaziki, veggies, mezze…even tacos instead of burgers and pasta… overall the hotel is good because.. other than...

The only minor negative, which completely out of Elina’s control of course, was the villa nearby (not of of the twinned Sarlata villas) had some sort of intermittent alarm/droning noise from approx 6am every day, it didn’t wake you but made the early sit on the balcony difficult. "Great property in a great location. We didn't have a car and managed fine, although a car would've been good for a few days. There are enough bars/restaurants within walking distance as is Ammes beach. The proximity of the airport isn't a problem at all. No early or late flights. Joanne was great. Always on hand if required. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again."
