"Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. It took 5 phone calls to get into the apartment. We were not sent any instructions. The building is a work site with builders sawing and hammering at 11.00pm. The building is full of smoke, despite there being signs on the wall saying it is a smoke free venue. The pillows, towels and bedding stinks of cigarette smoke. We both woke up sick with headaches as the smoke came under the door at night. My sleep apnea machine is now ruined as it is now...

The management team is one of the most professional and helpful in the culture of hospitality, respectfully. Across from the front door was an abandoned building with broken windows and men loitering. Although the apartment itself is renovated, the instructions for the hot water, which involve waiting an hour for the boiler to make hot water and then running water for several minutes to wash or bathe was...

"We had a great stay in Thessaloniki. The flat was just perfect, clean and well located. The best isbteh little balcony with a view and where you can have after lunch coffee in the sun. The host was very helpful and accomodating."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different choices. We were a bit disappointed to see the pool was closed as it was still very hot and sunny outside. Also, the spa was not really available, the reception didn't know much about it and they told us to call the spa, but no one was picking up so we just gave up. We believed that the spa is included in our stay Overall, it was a nice short stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. "
