「Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly. 「Not advertised as located on 3rd floor with no elevator, 1 of 2 toilets did not work, 1 shower worked about half the time, beds were terrible, clothes dry did not dry clothes. This property was over priced」
