「It was wonderful to be back in Sierra Leone, and given your hotel's reputation, I was excited to stay here. However, I was surprised to find both the hotel and restaurant rather empty.
I was also disappointed that the breakfast menu was almost identical for the entire week, perhaps due to the low occupancy. Other hotels in the city, even with fewer options, make an effort to change the menu daily.
I was also surprised to be asked for a card charge at checkout, which is something I have not...
「The Swiss hotel is great option in Freetown. Staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. Rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. There is also a restaurant at the hotel. Slightly pricey but food quality is excellent.」
「I always stay at the Atlantic Lumley when I arrive in Freetown. It's always just for one night on either end of my trip. On the ten occasions I have stayed here, I found it to be an excellent choice of hotel. 」

The reception staff did not always seem to prioritize customer service, as they were sometimes seen eating snacks or using their phones at the counter.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weaker than expected.
The restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay as it did not meet my expectations. I hope these issues can be addressed in the future."
