"The room was clean and I asked for an ADA room and they gave me two shower benches just in case I needed them."

"The room was clean and very comfortable bed. Thankfully the room had enough towels and I didn’t have to call for any. The breakfast was good. The only complaint I had was the doors. The door to the room didn’t close properly and you had to make sure it was closed tightly. The door to the bathroom also did not shut tightly and needed to lean on it to get it to close properly. The cabinet in front of the sink was annoying because it would t close and stuck out. Other than that everything else was good."

"The property was dirty from the moment we walked in. I checked the pictures online trying to get a descent place for my little ones and I to stay for the weekend. On the pictures it looked nice but it was far from it. Carpet seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed, bed had crumbs and stains, curtains were dirty with what seemed like food stains. We were switched to another room but not much of a difference. It smelled so dirty I tried opening the windows to help it air it out but I just couldn’t get myself to have my little ones sleep in such a dirty place. When walking to the lobby you can see the base boards filthy, the sofa chairs disgustingly dirty. Quite literally everywhere you turn it’s dirty. When I asked if we can get a refund the receptionist said she would have to call her manager. She pretended to call and said there was no response. Our check in date was supposed to be 5/29 and as of now I still haven’t gotten a refund from them. IF YOU WANT A CLEAN SPACE TO SLEEP, THIS IS NOT IT!"
