This is an older hotel, it’s a massive property and the suite rooms are more than enough room for a family of 4 with 2 x fold down beds in the sitting room, air-con and all over general maintenance could do with a bit of attention. Breakfast was really good and recommend it for the stay. Overall apart from some minor things this was a good enough hotel for the price and we would stay again, as it’s in a great location.

Lovely big rooms / bed and bathroom in an older styled resort. Yes it would have been amazing in its day - but for the room rate, and location, also next to the beach, it was everything I wanted. Will definitely return! Staff were super friendly, helpful and made the stay that much better.

This hotel hasn’t been maintained at all since I stayed here 12 years ago. Toilet flooded the floor & ran constantly, air conditioner also leaked water. Breakfast very basic but staff very friendly & obliging. Disappointing as the position is fantastic.

The property is very dated and run down. There is no playground for children and the pool has broken tiles and steps to get in and out. The location is great and the staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was disappointing and very limited, not child friendly. The rooms were nice but again run down, moldy and the linen was old and stained. I wouldn’t recommend this for families with small children.

Rooms are dated. Pink mold in bathroom and pink flaking off ceiling. Breakfast was extremely average. We were next to the pool, which was cool, if you like 2h straight acdc and bogan spitting yelling and swearing.

This is one of those hotels where you get what you pay for. We didn’t pay much for it. It certainly needs some money spent on basic maintenance. The outside of the building needed painting. Some of the children’s play equipment needed maintenance too. Our room was a bit dark but spacious and the bed was comfortable. Look I had an enjoyable stay but I wasn’t expecting a 5 star stay on a 3 stay budget.

Very run down. Flyscreens to our bathroom were damaged so we ended up covered in bites. One toilet kept clogging, loose seat on the other. Water dribbled out of the shower heads, no pressure. Light in one end of the room wouldn’t turn on. Phones weren’t working to call reception. Electrical wires hanging out of the walls.

We loved the studio room - huge and very tastefully appointed (quite Balinese). Huge bed and good AC. Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money for a beachside resort in this popular area.
