The property a converted garage, sits in our well maintained garden. The sound of. bird song, in addition to a wide variety of birds and wildlife, is the norm with this accommodation.
This is a self-contained space with its own entrance, totally separate from the house. It is newly decorated and has a light modern feel.

It is ideal for 2 but can sleep 3. It has an Ikea double bed and mattress with bedding to suit and a double metal framed sofa bed . The room furnishings consist of the bed, a chest of drawers, clothing rail with hangers, and a double sofa bed. There is a TV and a Bluetooth speaker . The room has central heating, which can be controlled using a tado radiator thermostat.

There is a kitchenette with tea and coffee. Crockery, cutlery, and glassware are provided, There is a microwave, airfryer and a fridge with a small freezer. There is also a kettle and toaster. With food deliveries, there is a separate bell.

The en suite has a shower toilet and basin. We provide shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash for short stays, as are hand towels and larger bath towels .

The accommodation has its own entrance through large gates at the side of the house. Giving you freedom to come and go as you please (we ask that you are mindful and respectful of our neighbours if returning late at night). During your stay, you can use the patio and the garden
