"Clean room "

"Check in was ok except I was told the shuttle ran every half hour. I booked a wake up call in the am which was missed by the morning staff ,therefore missed the shuttle on the half hour. No big deal as I had my own alarm set and was only 15 minutes behind. When I came down to the lobby I was told shuttles had to be booked in advance, I had missed the one I was supposed to take and had to take a taxi which was an unexpected expense out of my own pocket. Plus they charged me to park my car during my vacation which you are not told until after. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The carpet in the hallway and room were very worn out. The breakfast didn’t have many choices. The hotel felt old and needs some renovations. The paint on the bathroom door was worn off. The pillows were old and flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. "

"A better continental breakfast"

"There is no soap in the dispenser I used shampoo instead. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. We will stay there again but the price was too pricey. We will shop around before booking there again. "

"Didn’t use the hot tub"

"Comfortable, warm and cozy. It was very clean and our host contacted us shortly after arriving to make sure all was ok. It was in a great location near to family that we were visiting, as well as to shops and restaurants. "

"I appreciated the spices and oil available for cooking as I had just the basics. A pleasant surprise. 15 min walk to the Leduc rec centre so that was handy too! Thank you!"
