Unique, stylish & memorable hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Clean and comfortable too. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.

Room was good, plenty of room and comfy beds. Area was okay, not the nicest to walk around or into city centre, but fine.

Nice hotel, situated in a good area. Easy to walk to places. Reception staff during check in were great.
