「The condo is excellent!!!! Download the Uber app it'll be your best friend.」

「This place was amazing! Very clean! Did everything it was intended to do. Would highly recommend. If you are hesitant, just do it. You won’t regret it. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you for an awesome experience!」

「The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.」

「Very nice, clean and comfortable spot. We will absolutely stay at this property again, without question.」

「The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have.」

「Very nice place and a great stay! 10/10 would book again 」

「Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳」

「Great location and view.」

「This was such a nice condo. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the boats. The location is great easy ride to down town. Kim was an excellent host checking on us to see if we needed anything. It was a great stay and we plan to come back」

「Host was very responsive and helpful. Condo was clean, right next to the pool and river. Very quiet and safe feeling.」

「My husband and I brought our daughter for a trip to celebrate her 16th birthday. We were able to walk to the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame Museum in 20 min or less. We went to Broadway during the day and ticketed all ages shows at night. The Listening Room was my favorite experience and very close walking distance. My daughter really liked 3rd and Lindsley which was also close by. The rental was cute. I was grateful for the fans because despite the well working A/C I am not used to...
