「The condo was nice and clean. If you like to walk it is about a 20 minute walk to downtown, it beats trying to find parking. There is a lot of construction going on. It was a little noisy at times with trains going by. Communication with the property manager was good, had quick responses.」

Overall, the building is a little noisy although this condo was right next to the front entrance and people were coming and going late into the night into the early morning. 「The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable.」

「This place is perfect for large groups. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest selling point for us (9 women!!). Place was very clean, bit of a mildew smell, comes with older buildings. Everything was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to Broadway. Closet space was minimal so we kept our stuff in our suitcases. Kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was big enough for us all to hang out. Homeless slept outside (saw them coming home each night) but they were gone by morning, we...
