Abenteuer Haus in downtown Leavenworth!

Welcome to Abenteuer Haus! A beautiful and spacious two bedroom condominium that is only a short walk to downtown Leavenworth. While staying here, guests have easy access to the dining, entertainment, hiking and festivities of our beloved Bavarian mountain town; with a stylish and comfortable home base to come back to.

This condo offers two spacious bedrooms with two separate bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate four guests. In addition, guests will enjoy a full (completely stocked) kitchen, and a comfy living room with a lovely fireplace. Also, enjoy the quant outdoor patio, equipped with a bbq and outdoor seating.

In addition to all the delicious dining and sightseeing that downtown Leavenworth has to offer, Abenteuer Haus is walking distance to the community pool, tennis courts, lions club park, library, farmers market, and Wenatchee river access. If you have kids with you and would like to get them out, Enchantment park and Blackbird island park are fun (close by) options as well.

Having a car is convenient but not necessary. Guests can enjoy a 15 minute walk to dining, shops and even the Wenatchee river from this comfy condo. The Leavenworth train station is about a 10 minute drive and could be a good option for those who don’t mind a taxi ride. Also look into the Leavenworth shuttle service for another option to get to town over Stevens pass!

Great location close to downtown Leavenworth; lodging was super clean and beautifully appointed. Owners are very responsive to questions and easy to reach. Really wonderful getaway; hope we can return one day!

A comfortable and quiet place

The property was very neat and clean. The owner was very good about communicating. With a couple of days of unseasonably warm weather, the owner reached out and offered to provide air conditioning if desired. It is not too long of a walk downtown if that is your destination, but downtown isn't right out your front door either. For two co-workers in town to attend a conference it worked out great!

Great place but

This condo was an overall great choice for the four of us. There is a huge but in here, please be aware that if you stay here in the summer, there is no air conditioning! They have one window unit in the back bedroom that does not cool off the rest of the house! It is probably not the best place to pick during the 90 to 100° weather that we experienced!

Our stay in December

Nice and clean, heater worked well. The TV was hard to get started. We had to unplug and reset it and then it was fine. There were 4 of us and only 4 bath towels for 2 nights. The bathroom tub was a little hard to figure out. Might need to be fixed as the handle just spins and spins. Great location to downtown, parking area was nice. The kitchen has the bare minimum essentials but everything we needed was available. Nice frig and stove. If you get cold easily and need an extra blanket, bring your own. The couches were comfortable. Overall, nice stay. The lights on main street were worth it all. So beautiful!!

This particular condo is amazing: clean, newer or completely refurbished, nicely furnished, well stocked, quiet, nice area, far enough away from downtown area to be off the beaten path from busy traffic but close enough for a pleasant walk into town! Will definitely book THIS particular condo again in the future! The owners are easy & pleasant to work with! Easily give this place a 10!

Perfect for our 4-person family! Easy to book. 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Clean. Key code entry. Big TV, washer/dryer, and partially stocked kitchen. Listing could use the additional description: “unit is on the right as you enter the neighborhood “.

Great Location, Quiet and Clean

While located on the end of town it was very much within walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The condos all appeared to be in use but we found the complex very quiet and respectful.

This property is VERY tired! While it has been ‘updated’, it was updated ‘on the cheap’. The furnishings are the best Goodwill had to offer…slip covers over WEll-worn sofas, well-used table and chairs, well-used bedding and towels. We found a black hair on the ‘changed’ sheets. There was no bath mat in the showers causing safety issues, shower knobs loose, missing toilet paper dispenser, splatter marks on doors and base boards just to name a few. The juice is NOT worth the squeeze considering the price we paid plus the owner fee. This is lipstick on a pig!

I had a reservation for 2 nights in Nov. checking the weather daily. The day before a winter storm warning was issued & advised not to travel. The day of departure My area experienced a “Bomb” cyclone with winds 60-80 MPH. The area I was traveling to an area that had blizzard conditions-the Mt. Pass was closed. I purchased insurance but don’t cover weather conditions. I requested some sort of refund but have never heard back from owners. I’m disappointed with their response & refund limitations. I was packed and ready to go but couldn’t. This just doesn’t feel right.

Fall get-together

My husband and myself, along with our adult son, made last minute plans to get together. Everything just fell into place perfectly. The condo is very comfortable and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. I was having problems with my phone/VRBO app and host was always quick to respond.We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient!

A lovely condo, the perfect setup for a family getaway. Not too far from town, an easy walk. The living room furniture is comfortable to settle in and watch a movie and the beds are heavenly. Plenty of hot water to go around as well! Jaclyn and Justin are wonderful and responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Perfect For Our Needs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a ground floor unit so it did not requiring having to haul anything up a flight of stairs. We never heard any noise from the unit above. It was in a perfect location allowing us to walk to the downtown area and not have to worry about finding a place to park or about time limits once we did manage to find a spot. The home was very clean with a kitchen that had virtually everything one might need to cook - except maybe a cheese grater. We had pre-made our dinners so they just had to be reheated in the oven. The pots and pans have a non-stick coating so if that’s an issue for you, bring your own. There is decent body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.

Great AC for a summer stay; quiet location.

4 stars out of 5 due to communication. We were told we'd receive check-in info on our day of arrrval. After a slow journey. We stopped downtown for refreshments and contacyed the owners. Check in time was 4 pm, but it was after 4 when they told us the property was ready for an "early" check-in. While the place had great location, AC, and kitchen, we also weren't told to use the door lock code to lock up when leaving. We figured this out ourselves, but would have felt terrible if we hadn't!
