Cabin was cozy and clean. It had a lot of accommodations and amenities for the price. Certain things like shower drains and pullout beds were in moderate condition and could’ve been better/more clean but overall great experience and great amenities for the location and price.

Cozy winter retreat

The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. The holiday lights on the outside were a nice touch! The only trouble we had was the heater, which was horribly loud when it came on (forced air right under the sink). The location was great for a xc ski weekend - right between Plain and Lake Wenatchee State Park.

We showed up to Thousand Trails Leavenworth during a power outage, after a 12-hour drive over slick, icy, and fallen rock-strewn roads during (apparently) a storm-of-the-century type situation. Also, although the address is "Leavenworth", it is actually closer to Plain, a twisty jaunt about 30 minutes outside of Leavenworth. I was tired, cold, and cranky. Luckily, I had called ahead to explain we would be late and the welcome packet was right where the staff said it would be, easy to retrieve. Just an FYI to any other weary travelers, if you've been assigned cabin 85, it is actually marked "95" as of December 2025. This was slightly confusing and frustrating, but once we figured out we weren't really walking into the wrong cabin, we entered to find it warm and secure. All in all, the staff at TT Leavenworth did a good job of making sure the campground/RV resort was quiet and comfortable.

I went with the hotel option it was very quiet and away from the main property. The pool was great and the room was very clean! Also, there was A/C in the room and dish... we brought our own food and propane grill, but there was a microwave and mini fridge inside the room. The front desk was hard to reach via phone, but once there they were extremely nice, helpful and informative about the property. One draw back was the property is about 45mins away from the actual town of leavenworth with all the shops and tourist area, but there is a small town called plain about 15mins away from the property that had a little grocery store with food, gas, and a small cafe. We will definitely be back in the near future.

The picture of the cabin when I booked was not the actual photo of the cabin. I specifically booked a cabin that sleeps 5 and in fact we had to have to people sleep in their cars because the actual cabin did not have sleeping accommodation for 5.

I was in the log cabin and they are remodeling this cabin. There was no hot water. The water in one of the sinks was overflowing. There was no garbage cans anywhere in the cabin. There’s also no microwave even though there was a full kitchen:(. Overall our experience was not as expected.

The cabin was super cute and had everything we needed. Staff were super friendly. Sledding hill was so fun. The lodge was perfect for our group to hang out and play cards and eat dinner together.

Check the pull out bed with a light on! The sheet on the bed was extremely dirty with blood and other stains. We were unable to use it for our stay. We told the assistant managers who then told us to tell the “people in the office” which we did and they told us to go and find someone else to tell. Needless to say no one contacted us or took care of it. My brother had to sleep in the back of his truck in his attached camper that definitely was not ready for the freezing temperatures, he ended up only staying one night.

stayed in a tiny house (belle), great view of pond, walking trails very well maintained. Amenities kids loved pool, mini golf, play ground. Staff very helpful, had a small problem and they were right on it to fix. We will be going back.

We rented a little cabin. It was fully stocked with cooking stuff, plates, cups, BBQ, towels, dish soap, and towels. It had a small fridge and microwave. Beds had linens and blankets. Cute little cabin with plenty of snow. Sledding hill was awesome. Did the snowmobile tour just down the street. Can't wait to plan a summer trip.

The cabin was dirty as were the dishes and pots. The BBQ did not work and was in a disgusting state. Trails were over grown. Club house not in good shape.

We loved the drive up the valley to this property. The property seems to be understaffed. Rarely could reach a person at property phone numbers. Tiny house Belle was cute, but no management from property of people partying & doing Karaoke at the “common” fire pit outside all of our doors....till 1am. Belle also needed sink fixture tightened & curtains in bathroom washed as they r splattered with toothpaste spit. We turned the rod around to backside as they at least looked better that way.
