Main Level Highlights

Open Concept Living Space: Features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining table that seats 5, breakfast bar with additional seating for 2 and numerous picture windows that make the space bright & open feeling. A beautiful floor to ceiling rock, wood-fireplace highlights the living space.  A TV is located near the fireplace and there are two couches & a recliner. This is a great space for everyone to gather.

Outdoor Living Space: Glass doors, off the dining area, lead to a patio with breathtaking mountain views, BBQ Grill and table and chair set. In front of the house is the large 6–8-man hot tub - perfect for enjoying the stars and peacefulness of the Black Hills evenings.

■ Primary bedroom with a Log-style Queen Bed

■ There is a Full bathroom with shower and tub located across from the bedroom.  The washer and dryer are also tucked away in this main floor bath.

Upper-Level Highlights

Open Loft Area: Upstairs is a loft area that the bedrooms on this level are located off of. In the loft there is 2 couches and a TV.  Great spot for the kids.
