Contact us regarding long term winter ski rental! Inquire about 10% discount for returning guests! Just 5 miles to Terry Peak! Our Western themed Lead condominium has all the amenities of home--adjustable Queen bed, dishwasher, Roku TV, under sink disposal, well-stocked kitchen, baseboard heating and portable AC. Come spend some time close to everything in the Black Hills --Deadwood, 5 miles from Terry Peak Skiing, hiking, ATV trails, wildlife, local breweries and so much more! Laundry facilities are on site. The unit is on the back of the building. There is no balcony or front facing view.

We just stayed here as we explored the Black Hills. It was super cute, welcoming and comfortable. Owners reached out to make sure we were all set. I’d recommend this place and will stay here again!

Good weekend get away!

It was a nice cozy place for our short weekend trip. We went skiing at Terry Peak and was a good distance from there and the owners were nice and accommodating.

What an amazing place. Very clean and very comfortable place to stay at. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

Home away from home.

We planned a ski trip to Terry Peak and this home was close to the Peak. It was a cozy space. It was very clean and comfortable. It was also a bargain.

This is a wonderful nicely decorated apropos to the area condo. It's cozy and very clean. We loved staying here in the proximity to Main St, Spearfish Canyon and Deadwood. There are lots to see along the scenic drives through the Black Hills National Forest including wildlife, interesting rock formations, ponds and fast running creeks abundant with wildflowers. Great for fishing and hiking. Justin was a great host and we appreciated the fast response we received when we needed assistance.

Spring Break Ski Trip

The property was exactly as listed! It was cheaper and more convenient than a hotel. My kids and I were able to relax after skiing and spend some quality time together. It was wonderful.

One bedroom condo is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and sooo comfortable. After a busy day it was easy to relax on the living room couch and chair, and sleep came easy on the ultra comfy bed. The condo was completely outfitted with all the necessary amenities. The condo is strategically located in downtown Lead, close to all the attractions in the area. Justin is an outstanding host and I am glad I booked with him. This condo is very competively priced, you won't find a better deal in the Lead/Deadwood area.

5 night weekend getaway

Very clean and tidy with well stocked kitchen. Excellent queen mattress. Lack of a clothes closet was a little annoying with the amount of winter sports clothing we had packed but several sets of hooks were available. Cozy place for 2 people.

Just right!

Communication with the owner was great, questions answered quickly and good information given for check in /check out and surrounding area, ie: groceries, places to eat out, etc. Condo was nicely decorated and felt welcoming, clean. The couches and bed were comfortable. Location was a plus for us, close enough to the things we wanted to explore. This condo was just right!

Black Hills Vacation

Property was very warm and inviting. Parking was a little issue. Overalll everything was great! We stayed busy the whole time and at the end of the day it was nice to return to the condo, cook supper and head to bed to get ready for the next days activities! Highly recommend staying here

Comfortable and well appointed

My wife and I stayed at the property from 9/28/23 to 10/1/23. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It served as a perfect place to relax in the evenings after exploring the Black Hills. The Host was very prompt and accommodating and the check in and check process was very straightforward and uncomplicated. I would not hesitate booking this property again.
