J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est spacieux et propose tout le confort comme à la maison. La piscine et les espaces verts sont bien entretenus. Le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique.

Séjour à l'Estuaire au Verdon s/Mer

Malgré une météo maussade, avec une température de 4 à 8°, l'appartement est très confortable, très bien chauffé. Le top du top a été la piscine couverte et chauffée, une ou deux cabines seraient les bienvenues car quand le temps est froid, on ne peut aller à la piscine en peignoir !....Cuisine très complète, il ne manque rien. On aimerait un porte-manteaux dans le séjour, il faut bien accrocher ses vêtements quelque part quand il pleut !.....Pas de wifi, et mauvaise connexion internet !.....

A very nicely presented place to stay - within walking distance of beach and bars at Verdon-sur-mer. Plus only a 8 / 10 min drive to Soulac-sur-mer (which is amazing).

Réceptionniste pas à l'hauteur très vite dépassé

Réceptionniste très vite dépassée par les évènements dès qu'il y a un PEU de monde en attente, L'homme à tout faire pas très fiable. Si vous devez partir avant l'heure d'ouverture de la réception alors là c'est la fin du monde ! Nous avions rendez vous avec l'homme à tout faire à 18 heures pour l'état des lieux, à 19h15 je me suis adressé à la réception et la réceptionniste m'a dit quelque chose d'incompréhensible et m'a laissé planté là. J'ai aperçu le concierge et il m'a dit qu'il avait oublié. Il est venu et m'a fait signer une feuille et est parti. Il n'as pas fait de vrai état de lieux. L'extérieur est presque à l'abandon. Bref très mauvaise organisation. Un conseil allez à Soulac-sur-Mer chez Pierre et Vacances là c'est du pro.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée au vieux port de pêche lieu typique avec petits restaurants et bonne ambiance avec musique. Piste cyclable très agréable ombragée sur laquelle nous avons essayé les vélos électriques en location.

Bien dans l'ensemble mais cher pour une famille.

Grand appartement pour 4 personnes. Proche de Soulac, petite ville pleine de charme au bord de l'océan avec plages magnifiques. La résidence se trouve à Verdon qui, elle, n'a aucun charme. Mais nous avons apprécié la soirée près des cabanons le long du petit canal, et ce malgré la pluie! La résidence mériterait la clim. Proche de la route, nous ne pouvions pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Problèmes d'insonorisation entre les appartements avec des chaises de salle à manger lourde et bruyantes. Escaliers en colimaçon pour accéder à l'étage supérieur, pas pratique avec les valises! Le ménage n'est pas inclus. TV, wifi, jeux en salle (billard, baby) payants alors que le prix de la location est assez élevé.
