"Fabulous place to stay outside Albi. Wonderful surroundings, quiet and comfortable."

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Dés notre arrivée on c'est occupé de nous aucun souci la chambre était trés propre et fonctionnelle la literie de bonne qualité . Coté petit déj RAS bel accueil aussi choix divers en boissons et autres . Cela fait 2 ans que nous revenons à la même période et nous reviendrons .A noter également un accés et un parking au top ."

"Personnel très accueil au téléphone, aucun problème la dessus. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé phonétiquement mais thermique également. Les radiateurs doivent être bloqués car malgré la hausse de température demandé il faisait très froid dans la chambre. La porte fermée à clé laissait passée beaucoup d'air froid!!! Voir photo avec le jour qui passe alors que la porte est fermée"

"The best place to be in. However no parking. Still not bad. Best service and very welcome customer service and friendly nice staff. I will be coming more often to this place. Internet not very good but still okay. "

"The hotel was full of personality and charm, each room had a different vibe but all were spotless and comfortably furnished. Staff were lovely and friendly and accomodating. Hotel is situated in the heart of the town amongst an array of interesting shops...great place to stay!"

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....
