On a 190m² enclosed plot, detached house spread over two levels. Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (or two 80x200cm single beds) and private bathroom with shower. - Recreation room with foosball, darts, and a library area. - Separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: - Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (or two 80x200cm single beds). - A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: Garden + terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, awning, and swimming pool. Private heated swimming pool with a dome. Open from April 1st to September 30th. Dimensions: 8m x 4m, depth: 1.50m. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house. Electric vehicle charging is available at the cottage: Green'up socket - 3.7 kW. An electric charging station is available in the village on Place des Quatre-Frères-Le Blouch. In the heart of southern Brittany, on the Rhuys peninsula just 10 km from Sarzeau, Le Tour du Parc is a peaceful town near the coast. It is located 20 minutes from Vannes and Port-Navalo (piers for the Gulf of Morbihan and the islands). The location of the cottage is ideal: the town center and its shops are 0.2 km away, the village of Pencadenic and the oyster sites are 1.5 km away, Rouvran beach is 1.3 km away. A wide choice of activities is available to you on the Presqu'île: visit the Château de Suscinio in Sarzeau or the abbey church of St Gildas de Rhuys, bask on the beaches of Damgan, stroll around Port du Crouesty … About ten kilometers from Sarzeau and 1 km from the sea, this vacation rental with a heated indoor pool has everything you need.
