"Whole property very run down. No staff available. Pool area poor condition. Hot tub not work No soap in dispensor. had to ask. No curtains. One choice of eve ingredients meal. Breakfast. Coffee machine not work. Stale croissant etc Photos very misleading. Noting like photos"
