Located in the southern Médoc, just 12 km from Gressier beach, the main beach of Le Porge Océan, stretching 13 km, and 1 km from the center of Le Porge village, our gîte, L'Arbousier, welcomes you to a peaceful and pleasant setting. This location is ideal for discovering the area's treasures; just 200 meters away, you can access cycle paths leading to ocean beaches where fine sand, golden dunes, and beautiful waves await. Further afield, must-see attractions such as Lacanau Lake, the tip of Cap Ferret, the Arcachon Basin, and the Médoc wine route offer delightful surprises. Situated in a quiet residential area, L'Arbousier is a studio apartment adjoining the owners' house, offering complete privacy, and is located in a recently built apartment. You will have a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The single-story gîte is comfortably furnished for two people. It consists of a main air-conditioned room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 160x200 cm Murphy bed; a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet completes the accommodation. You will have a parking space on the property with an electric vehicle charging station available (for a fee). Bed linen, kitchen linen, table linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and air conditioning are included in the price. A shared washing machine is available in a room adjacent to the cottage. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water (within reasonable limits), electricity, heating, and air conditioning. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
