The property, located in the heart of the Breton-Vendée marsh, is a former typical market garden farm. It consists of its thatched roof that houses the owners, outbuildings, and thatched roof "bourrinou", bright and pleasant studio where you will stay - Welcome by the owner.
The whole is surrounded by a maintained plot of 2500 m², not overlooked, planted with trees and surrounded by reeds.
The site is ideal for your quiet holiday, tourism, hiking and the proximity of many supervised beaches.

Description & equipment of the rental:
- studio with bed "BZ" in 140/2 pl., bathroom, WC, kitchenette, relaxation area, sunbathing,
- fridge with preservative part,
- household linen provided (tea towels, napkins, etc.),
- towels & washcloths NOT PROVIDED.
- sheets and pillowcases provided in the cleaning supplement **
The rental is non-smoking. Pets not allowed.

Location: bordering St-Jean-de-Mont and Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez

Imagine your holidays in Vendée, 4 km from the beaches of the Ocean and the "Forêt domaniale de Monts", in an independent studio, rented by private individual. You will find tourist documentation on the region.
- Pre-booking: if your period is free, you will be informed immediately (validity of one week)
- Reservation deposit: 25% of the amount of the stay - balance paid on arrival (check, cash or transfer)
- Deposit not cashed, requested on arrival and returned: € 200

Mignonne petite bourrine au calme

Un pur moment de calme dans les Marais bretons vendéens, cette petite bourrine ne manque ni de charme ni de tous les ustensiles pour passer un bon moment. Le marais offre à qui veut observer et entendre des vaches, mais aussi loutres, grenouilles, oiseaux... Un vrai dépaysement 👌😍

Charmantes kleines Häuschen in großem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Freundlicher Empfang, bemühte Kommunikation in gepflegter Umgebung. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen. Für zwei Personen sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances au calme et sympa. Très bien reçu par notre hôte, qui est d'une extrême gentillesse et qui sait nous conseiller. Océan à environ 4Km, mais à vélo , on y est vite...1 fois que tu as trouvé toutes les pistes cyclables... tu peux visiter tout à vélo...(moulin, château d'eau, musee, canoe, Ile de Noirmoutier etc...) et par contre nous avons pris la voiture pour le Puy du fou à 1h30.

Maisonnette charmante et au vert

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, en dépit des aleas de la météo... L'endroit est charmant, bien pour un couple! C'est très calme et entouré de nature. On peut facilement se faire des balades à vélo (mieux vaut emporter les siens, vu que le logement est a l'écart de tout commerce), et st jean de monts est à 10 min en voiture. La propriétaire est sympathique et peut donner des conseils de balades et visites. Le logement est très bien organisé et fourni en matériel. Nous n'avions pas besoin d'apporter de linge de lit, seulement serviettes de toilette. Je recommande !

Très bon accueil, Mme Perrocheau est a votre écoute pour tout renseignements et vous guider dans la decouverte de la région, le logement et son extérieur très bien aménagée avec goût, endroit très calme , nous sommes venus avec nos vélos de nombreuses pistes cyclables aux alentours un régal .

Cadre magnifique et au calme.

Lieu idéal pour se reposer après une journée de plage, de balades et de visites, afin d'éviter les fortes affluences du bord de mer : joli et propre bourrine-studio en plein marais (sans aucun moustique), où les oiseaux et bovins participent au décor, avec un grand jardin arboré et fleuri. Quant à l'accueil, Mme Perrocheau participe grandement au plaisir d'y séjourner, avenante et disponible, elle vous renseigne sur les visites et la vie du marais. Les deux semaines sont juste passées trop vite.

Pour le calme en plein bocage vendéen c'est génial. le gite est situé en voiture à 10 mn de ST Jean de Monts. Le gite est très propre. Seul hic ! pas d'internet sauf peut-etre pour Orange?
