Not as expected, no food and ina bad location.

Advertised as having a restaurant, not so. After having a long day on the road we booked this hotel expecting to be able to eat. In addition the evening member of staff was not helpful and quite surly. Location not good next to a lorry park in the middle of a junction , do not believe the photos. However the morning staff were helpful and friendly.

I booked this particular hotel because it was advertised that French, English, and Spanish were spoken. Not a word of English was spoken by any of the staff.

Après avoir effectué mon check-in en fin de journée, j’ai déposé mes affaires dans la chambre puis suis ressortie, aucune information particulière ne m'a été indiquée sur l'accès à l'hôtel. À mon retour, dans la soirée, j’ai découvert que l’hôtel était totalement fermé. J’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de joindre le numéro d’astreinte et ai utilisé la sonnette de nuit, mais aucune réponse !!! Le réceptionniste a oublié de m'avertir de la présence d'un code d'accès. Je me suis donc retrouvée seule, à l’extérieur, sans mes affaires et sans solution pour accéder à ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. J'ai dû passer la nuit dehors ! Pour le moment je n'ai eu aucune compensation de l'hôtel, inadmissible, je déconseille vivement !!!

Dès mon arrivée, Florian s'est distingué par son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Accueil souriant, posture impeccable, et surtout une réactivité qui rassure. Il prend le temps d'expliquer clairement chaque détail, sans jamais se montrer expéditif. On sent qu'il aime son métier et qu'il tient à ce que tout se passe bien. Pas plu : une malheureuse petite bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée. Nous étions un couple. Cloisons en varton. Bruits intérieurs à notre réveil. Petit déjeuner : étant fatigués, nous avons dormi tard. Lorsque nous nous sommes présentés pour le petit déjeuner à 9 h 35 un employé peu aimable nous a informé que le petit déjeuner n'était servi que jusqu'à 9 h 30 !! Nous n'avions pas été informés lors de notre arrivée.Réflexion de fonctionnaire. On n'a pas le droit de se reposer dans cet hôtel. Il faut se plier aux horaires des fonctionnaires d'un hôtel privé !....

On a connu mieux !

Douche bouchée, lampe principale de la chambre en fin de vie (Clignote) , lit mal fait (Bordage trop court du drap du dessous), le PQ (Fallait pas être mal avec ce qui restait) et la meilleur, une odeur chimique persistante (Yeux et nez irrité le lendemain matin). A 99€ la nuit, je vous laisse juge.
