"Very disappointed with standard of property. Poor quality linen and towels. Major issues with damp and mould in the smaller gites.Then the list of the items that were not working. There was no wifi all week, smaller gite washing machine not working. Shower fitting held up by cable ties. For the games room we had to buy a connector for the projector. No games machine,juke boxes broken. Swimming pool made the holiday but noone came to check chlorine levels"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean with a very comfortable bed and nice facilities including kitchenette and a wet room. Within easy walking distance of shops, Carmel and Basilica. The parking was conveniently directly by the entrance."

"Great House with a Few Drawbacks.The house is very spacious and well equipped - everything you need is available. The pool ist fantastic and was definitely a highlight. The location is also good: Caen is relatively close, and the beach in Cabourg is easy to reach and highly recommended. However, there are a few things that could be improved: Mosquito nets are highly recommended - during our stay there was a REAL mosquito problem, and we all got badly bitten.
