Les Floralies à Saint-Clair

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood bathed in sunshine all day long, Les Floralies 2 is a particularly popular choice for vacation rentals. Here you'll find a relaxing setting, while remaining within easy reach of the beach, shops and summer entertainment.

This charming, tastefully renovated two-bedroom apartment features a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a cozy sitting area with sofa bed. The bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, has its own shower room for added convenience. Separate WC.

Outside, you'll enjoy a 20 m² terrace facing south. Furnished with garden furniture and a dining table, it's ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or relaxing in the sunshine. A small patch of greenery in front of the terrace adds a touch of freshness and privacy to this privileged outdoor space.

Perfectly laid out, this apartment is ideal for a couple, alone or with one or two children.

Facilities: television, wifi, washing machine.
Kitchen: Senseo espresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave.

Très bel endroit proche de belle plages et pas loin du centre du Lavandou. Avoir des vélos est un must avec la piste cyclable qui passe à côté et qui parcourt le littoral et les plages. Le logement est mieux adapté à 2 personnes qu'à plus. Terrasse agréable avec vue mer, salon extérieur.....
