The Property

Your vacation rental in Le Grau du Roi: Located in a peaceful area, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to shops and the town center, this property will charm you with its lovely, quiet garden. Perfect for moments of relaxation and tranquility.

This property, which can accommodate up to 4 people, features a beautiful landscaped garden and a terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people, ideal for outdoor meals. A barbecue is also available for your lunches or dinners.

Located in a quiet area yet close to everything, you will be able to enjoy the local shops and the Right Bank beach, a sought-after and appreciated location by our guests.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, opening into a warm and inviting living room with a dining table and a TV lounge area for relaxation.

The bedroom is comfortable, featuring 2 single beds with storage. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest.

This property also offers a private parking space for your convenience.

Linen included: a set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small).
Any additional requests will be charged:

€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
