House of 300 m2, with beautiful reception rooms of 60 m2, with park of 5000 m2, without vis-à-vis, with heated indoor pool all year, and opening onto the park, thanks to large bay windows during the summer. 3 bedrooms at your disposal, and 3 bathrooms (including one in the Pool-House). In addition to the indoor / outdoor pool, there is a sauna, and "bar" (sink, fridge, microwave). Boules pitch in the park. Outdoor terraces facing south, to take meals or to relax with garden lounges.
20 minutes from Nantes and its cultural attractiveness. 1 hour from the beaches of La Baule and Pornic.

Séjour de tout repos

Vacances idéales pour recharger les batteries ! La maison est spacieuse et agréable ; le pool house est tout simplement génial sans oublier le sauna qui est un gros plus !! Les propriétaires sont prévenants et sympathiques, bref à refaire !

Merveilleux weekend détente au Cellier

Nous avons adoré notre weekend dans cette belle maison. On commence par l'apéritif en terrasse puis des grillades au barbecue. Nous nous détendons ensuite dans la grande piscine chauffée et profitons aussi de détente dans le sauna. Toute la maison est bien équipée, nous avons même fait un feu de cheminée le soir pour une ambiance très cosy.Merci à Sabine et Christian pour leur parfait accueil et que nous pouvions contacter à tous moments en cas de besoin.Je recommande bien sûr à tous ceux qui souhaitent faire une pause détente entre amis ou en famille.

peu importe le temps, la piscine reste toujours accessible et agréable. le parc jardin est reposant et il y a de quoi visiter dans les environs pour les nostalgiques de De funes ou les accros des automates Des propriétaires aux petits soins toujours disponibles et soucieux de répondre à toute sollicitation

Avis

Hébergement au domicile principal du propriétaire qui pour l’occasion a dû prendre ses quartiers dans le studio attenant avec son épouse. Du coup la sensation de chasser les habitants fait bizarre ! 100 euros demandé pour le ménage mais on retrouve des jouets des chips et un vieil os rongé du chien de la maison sous les canapés. Lino de la piscine se décolle à plusieurs endroits et matériel dans un bac à nettoyer (masques tuba par exemple) sinon cuisine propre certaines portes ou placards interdits d’ouverture car réservés aux propriétaires ! Objets de valeur comme des maxi bouteilles de parfum pouvant être brisés faisant parti de la déco mais non sans risque pour les vacanciers qui de ce fait devront surveiller les enfants de plus près ou avoir une bonne assurance ! Sinon Propriétaire sympa et convivial devant la porte à 14h00 tout pile pour récupérer sa maison ! Un petit étang devant la maison sans protection ne pas laisser les enfants qui ne savent pas nager sans surveillance

Très bon accueil des hôtes ! La maison est conforme à l'annonce : grande et lumineuse avec un grand terrain clos ! Gros plus pour la piscine qui est chauffée et couverte. Une super maison pour un bon séjour entre filles. Tranquillité et détente étaient au rendez-vous !

Séjour idyllique

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et tout est mis en œuvre pour que le séjour se passe bien. La maison est exceptionnelle et très bien équipée et les extérieurs invitent au calme et à la sérénité. Nous avons vraiment profité de la piscine qui est d’une taille très appréciable ainsi que du sauna. Encore merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons !!!

Urlaub toll, aber....

Der Urlaub und das Haus sind sehr gut, die Vermieter eigentlich sehr nett. Aber man hat uns wegen eines Schadens einige Tage nach der Rückkehr 100 Euro zusätzlich abgebucht und uns aber erst nach der Abbuchung über den Schaden informiert. Wir wurden nicht mal gefragt, ob wir es überhaupt waren. Das ist nicht die richtige Vorgehensweise, es ist immer noch nicht geklärt, ob wir es waren und das Geld ist weg. Schade, denn die ungefragte Abbuchung trübt den guten Eindruck etwas und verhindert eine bessere Bewertung.

Bon séjour et Gite bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 3 semaines et profité du SAUNA et de la piscine dont l'eau était un peu juste à 26° avec la fraicheur du temps. La douche dans le Pool et et les équipements intérieurs et extérieurs sont très bien. il faudra préciser dans l'annonce la présence dans la dépendance collée à maison des propriétaires bien sympa.

Très belle semaine

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette jolie propriété, au calme avec de beaux extérieurs (malheureusement le temps ne nous a pas permis de beaucoup en profiter). Forcément le point fort est la piscine avec tous les équipements ! Les enfants s'y sont bien amusés, même par mauvais temps c'est l'avantage ! Les propriétaires sont discrets, à l'écoute et disponibles. Une adresse à garder 😉

Séjour au calme pour se ressourcer

Malgré le temps maussade des premiers jours,nous avons pu profiter de nos vacances grâce à la piscine remplies de jeux gonflables qui a fait la joie de nos petits enfants. Les derniers jours ensoleillés nous ont fait profiter des jeux extérieurs et des repas barbecue. Oui, comme le précise l'avis qui précède, les propriétaires logent près de la location mais leur discrétion ont fait que cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Vous pouvez arriver juste avec vos effets personnels et vous trouverez tout à discrétion comme à la maison. Nous y retournerons volontiers si l'occasion se présente.

Maison magnifique mais propriétaires présents

Maison magnifique, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Grand jardin, parfait pour faire différents jeux extérieurs. Le coin piscine avec un sauna et un bar est super, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Par contre, nous étions un groupe de 5 jeunes et nous avions choisi cette grande maison isolée pour pouvoir y faire le bruit que nous voulions et nous sentir « chez nous » le temps de quelques jours. Nous avons malheureusement compris le jour de notre arrivée que les propriétaires vivent dans la même maison, dans une partie annexe. Nous aurions préféré avoir cette information à l’avance, ce n’était pas écrit dans l’annonce.
