This 43m² two-room duplex apartment is located on the 4th floor of the residence with elevator access (code required). It offers:

- An entrance hall with a large closet, leading to the WC and the living room. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table, 5 chairs, and a stool, and a relaxation area with a sofa. This bright room features a large bay window opening onto a balcony with unobstructed mountain views. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which comprises two bunk beds, a large attic bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bathroom (also with a sloping ceiling) with a bathtub, sink, and WC.

This property also includes a ski locker (number 19) on the ground floor of the residence.

NON-SMOKING APARTMENT - NO PETS ALLOWED
The apartment is equipped with duvets, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

It does not include bed linen or towels.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional and can be arranged by the tenant.

The ski lifts at Col du Corbier were removed in 2012; this area now offers a new infrastructure: a magic carpet lift for beginner skiers. Opportunities for ski touring, cross-country skiing, and sledding are available.

In summer, numerous hiking trails start from the area. Straddling the Aulps and Abondance valleys, Col du Corbier enjoys exceptional sunshine.
