Two-room apartment located at the Residence La Casara, 5 minutes\' walk from the historic centre of Lazise and the lakefront. The residence has a large swimming pool surrounded by a comfortable green area with sun loungers (swimming cap mandatory - guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09).

The comfortable 65 sq.m. Sissi House apartment is located on the first floor and offers a spacious covered terrace, equipped with a sun awning, with views of the surrounding greenery and the swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs where you can relax or have an aperitif at the end of a day discovering the beauty of Lake Garda.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, German coffee machine, fridge with freezer, small worktop that can be used as a table for two people. There is no dining table in the living room, but on cooler days it is possible to use the table on the terrace also inside the apartment. Comfortable sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children). Satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning available for guests. The sleeping area consists of a modern double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a retractable single bed. Windowed bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and washing machine available for guests. A convenient reserved parking space in the garage 205x235 cm. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.



Special Regarda: wine tasting in a typical local winery included in the price!



The final price is made up of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
