The apartment has been completely renovated in 2018. It is situated on the second and last floor of a building located within a condominium complex with park and swimming pool. The apartment is bright and spacious (70 sqm). It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and balcony (15 sqm). The kitchen is modern and newly equipped with fridge, gas stove and electric oven. The living room has satellite TV. The balcony has a table for dining outdoors. The master bedroom is large with double bed and wardrobe. The bedroom has two single beds. A large swimming pool in the park is for shared use. The park is extensive and well cared for. Guests are provided with sun loungers. A parking lot is for exclusive use of the apartment.

Lejligheden ligger meget tæt på bymuren til Lazise og 200 meter fra Gardasøen. Lejligheden er pæn og ren - poolområdet er hyggeligt. Der er dig et par mangler - toiletdøren kan ikke låses og døren til det ene værelse kan ikke lukkes. 4 stjerner fordi det er til 4 stjerner - jeg burde måske give 5 stjerner, når man tænker på pris og beliggenhed.

Wohnung und Ort sind eine gute Wahl!
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Laura hat super geklappt 🙂 Auch der Check in war unproblematisch. Die Anlage kann nur von den Bewohnern/Mietern betreten werden und ist mit viel Grün hübsch angelegt. Die Lage ist super zentral, Altstadt und Promenade sind wörtlich vor der Haustür, trotzdem liegt das Haus etwas zurück und somit ruhig. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Dieser ist Gold wert, parken ist ansonsten schwierig! Die Wohnung war geräumig, modern und sauber. Die Schränke boten genügend Platz und die Betten fanden wir bequem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Klimaanlage und (elektrische) Rollläden haben die Räume schön kühl gehalten, den Balkon konnte man Dank der Markise prima nutzen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Filterkaffeemaschine & Co. Der Pool war aufgrund von Corona leider gesperrt, aber das war halb so schlimm. Zum See und zur ersten kleinen Badebucht (Kies) sind es 5 Gehminuten! 👌🏻 Nach ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß am See entlang Richtung Cisano erreicht man einen weiteren Kiesstrand mit Grasliegefläche, in Cisano selbst gibt es eine weitere Bademöglichkeit (Kies/Wiese). Strände im herkömmlichen Sinne gibt es keine. Bardolino, Garda, Peschiera sind schnell zu erreichen und mindestens einen Besuch wert. Nach wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht man an der Hauptstraße einen Spar, mit dem Auto kommt man alternativ schnell zu einem Lidl. Wir können die Wohnung und Lazise uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!

Einfach toll - kann nur weiterempfehlen!
Die Besitzerin, Laura, ist äußerst nett und immer hilfsbereit. Sie lies keine unsere Fragen/Wünschen offen. Es gab keine Probleme mit der Kommunikation sowohl in Deutsch als auch in English, was in Italien nicht immer der Fall ist :) Die Wohnung ist komplett frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Sie verfügt auch über hochwertige Klimaanlage (DAIKIN) in allen Zimmer, sodass sie rund um die Uhr angenehme Klima haben und in der Ruhe schlafen können. Die Stadt Lazise ist sehr schön, klein und gemütlich. Viele gute Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Strand ist in der Nähe, ein großer in 10-15 Minuten mit Verleih von allen möglichen Sachen für Spaß im/am Wasser.

Leider in der Nähe einer Hauptstraße, zum Glück zwar durch einen Gehölzstreifen verdeckt, aber nachts sehr laut. Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, vielen Dank!
