"Great hotel. Very clean, room comfortable. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Helpful reception staff. Easy to park, great location for exploring Blackpool. Our go-to hotel for holidays here. "

"Breakfast was good value & staff very friendly. Room was fairly clean but bathroom looked tired with stains on bath and show not staying up that easily. Rooms not very soundproof as you could hear everything in the corridors like the door was open at times. Overall though good value. "

"Not impressed, the room was not as seen on the photos and was not supplied a baby cot for my 6 week old baby. On arrival we were told to pay an up front deposit for damage at £50 from a card witch was not apart of the booking so unexpected cost was disgusting we payed for all entertainment and then was told by staff it was room only and we could not use the facilities , staff had an horrible attitude and I would not stay again !"
