「The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. 「Gorgeous honeymoon getaway」

「awesome architecture and character」

「Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options.

「Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out」

「Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…」

「客室が、平屋で、目の前に車が停められ大変良かった。残念なのは、雨不足のためであったが、湖が目の前にありながら海岸に出るのが大変であった。道路に近いのに、静かであり、大変良かった。」

「We came to visit hot bath of Teberias. It was close to the Hotel. The stay was fine.」

「So so. 」

「Really nice hotel, beautiful location, nice rooms and great service. Only minuses, gym could be slightly better equipped and some food being sold by the pool would have been nice… but wouldn’t stop me from booking again.」

「The staff help a lot but old rooms elevator is not good」
