「場所がわかりにくいのが難点ですが、宿泊数日前に来るアパートからのメールを 見逃さないようにしましょう。屋根裏部屋は4F分の階段を荷物を持って上がる必要が あるので大変です（眺望が良いわけでもありません）。 Wi-fiも問題なく使え、小さいながらもキッチンとダイニングテーブルがあり 部屋もきれいにメンテナンスされていますので、立地重視なら良いと思います。」

「One of the cleanest places we ever stayed. Located in a quiet area. No parties around. The pool is open until 9 pm. Could ad smart tv's. Excellent parking. Highly recommend it for a quite family holiday.」

「Très bon séjour avec des hôtes très accueillants qui nous ont proposé une petite assiette avec des figues de leur jardin. L’appartement était très bien pour une famille avec deux ados de 14 et 16 ans. Il y a une place de parking donc très pratique. Il manque juste un petit décapsuleur au niveau du matériel. 」

「We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Could be improved by having the TV on a pivot stand as it was hung in a place that made viewing very difficult. Also a caddy in the shower cubicle would be helpful. 」

「Eden Penthouse is hands down the best property I have ever rented through Hotels.com! It is beautiful and very spacious which is perfect for 2 couples sharing. It was well appointed with everything you need (except a coffee maker but there is a water kettle with tea and coffee provided). Our host Marijan was very accommodating and full of great recommendations for the area. We went to several suggested restaurants which were wonderful. The view overlooking the harbor was stunning and...

Stock eines Reihenhauses, guter Zustand, Blick vom Balkon entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern (Blick ist inzwischen verbaut worden - dafür kann der Vermieter nichts), überhaupt rege Bautätigkeit auch in der nächsten Umgebung, kann man aber wieder buchen, die meiste Zeit ist man ja außer Haus...und Zadar und Umgebung sind attraktive Ziele」

「受付兼レストランでチェックインし、その後、旧市街の至る所にある部屋に案内されます。部屋はホテルみたいな感じではなく、アパートの一室です。部屋の掃除は頼めばやってくれるみたいですが、部屋にタオル等もいっぱいあるので短期ならば掃除を頼む必要はありません。」
