Fun shore bungalow that is walkable to the beach!

  • The streets are lined with sand for your shore bungalow experience. When you stay here you are truly staying at the shore with the sand at your doorstep. This is walkable to the beach (minutes away), restaurants and ice cream! You have the beach on one side and the bay on the other! This is section 3 in ocean. Outside you will be provided with a table, chairs, umbrella, and grill plus more! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Beach passes are not included but available for purchase.

ハウスルール

Two cars fit in the driveway, no street parking. Please clean your feet off at the outdoor shower before entering if you on the beach.
Membership passes are required to be purchased from OB3 association. This includes beach access with access to all events. A link will be sent.
Garbage is to be put out in the trash cans at the time of departure. Garage is picked up on Monday's and Thursdays.

The host was amazing at communicating with us during the entire process. He made sure we had an enjoyable stay with everything that we needed. You can’t beat the location which is walkable to the beach & some places to eat. Family friendly as well. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about how lovely this cottage is and how welcoming the property owner is. First, the cottage! It's even more pretty and bright and comfortable than the photos show. All of the beds and furniture are cozy and perfect. The kitchen is well-appointed and just the right size - plenty of room to cook, but also leaves good space for the rest of the living area. Loved the bathroom (such.soft.towels) plus the fact that there was a really good washer/dryer there. And the outside furniture and grill! Seriously, you'll love staying here. It's a super easy, very short walk to the beach and to the Wawa and to the DQ and to several other places, and it's not a hop-skip by car to the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Now! Let's talk about the property owner. Fantastic communication throughout - responsive, kind, friendly, and made the process so easy and welcoming. And that was a special task for our visit, because we arrived just before a nor'Easter! So as you can imagine, there was a little extra back and forth. :) I strongly recommend taking advantage of this place if you have the chance.

Sweet Beach House

We had a great stay at this property! The house was clean and had a nice outdoor space. There was a short walk to the beach that was easy for kids. Rocco was responsive to questions. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place and location

Had a wonderful stay. Rocco is a perfect host/communicator. Location was convenient to both beach and bay. The house is very clean and exactly as described. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

Everything about this stay was amazing! The host was beyond helpful and accommodating before and during the visit. The house was clean and came with everything that we needed for a relaxing vacation. Being walking distance to the beach and short drive to amazing food and ice cream was an added bonus!

Great home m, great price.

We had previously stayed in ocean beach on multiple occasions. This was the first in OB3. This home is in a really cute location. House was super clean and the whole process was very nice!

Wonderful Beach Cottage!

The house was updated and extremely clean, had everything you would need for the beach. Great location - walkable to the beach or bay. Ocean Beach is a great family friendly beach community. We will definitely be back!

Perfect bungalow!

The bungalow is updated and perfect for a family of 4! Having all the amenities you would need to feel like a second home at the beach! The owner Rocco, is very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to be back soon!

Little piece of Shore Heaven

We had an amazing week! House was quaint with everything we needed for the week. Comfy beds, great location and very clean. Rocco was very communicative and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot at the shore.

The house is well spaced inside and out. Very comfortable, clean and new. All the appliances and services were new and technology easy and of high standard. Outdoor space was more than sufficient for a bbg for 8 or more.
