Hocking Hills Laikyns Lodge with Indoor pool- Great View!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (33)
"Laikyns Lodge is an amazing home on a beautiful sprawling property. It is a beautiful, huge log home with quality everywhere. Amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. The warm indoor pool kept 5 kids (and their parents) busy. The walk from the pool to the outdoor hot tub was cold but well worth it. On clear nights, the fire pit is a great gathering spot. When it rained, we all moved to the outdoor wood burning fireplace on the massive covered deck. All in, Laikyns was first rate. We will definitely...

"The cabin is perfect in it’s location. It faces a pond and the host has placed two bird feeders in front of the cabin. It was great fun to watch the variations of birds( we counted 11) we watched the deer come to the pond in the morning and at dusk. We watched the fox run across the yard. We were close to Hocking State park and hiked both Friday and Saturday. It was perfect! We laughed, ate, shared stories, ate, rocked on the porch and did I say, ate?!! The host set up a Scavenger Hunt in and...

"This was our 1st trip to Hocking Hills! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved our cabin! It had everything we needed and communication with the host was excellent! We especially loved the hot tub after long days of hiking! The big screen tv with all the channel options was nice too, along with excellent wifi! The only downside for us was the location. We didnt realize how far away we were from the trails, stores, restaurants, etc. We spent alot of time driving!! So just keep this in mind...

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was the nicest that I have ever encountered at a hotel stay. The staff seemed happy to work there. We were given a cookie when we arrived. "We are counting down to when we can return. Already planning to stay again soon. We had 3 adults, 2 kids 1 teen and 2 dogs. It was incredible. We almost enjpyed the property as much as we did hiking in Hocking Hills. This was our 6th time in the area and this was my favorite property. House was perfect and divided enough that we didn't feel on top of one another. Beds were so comfortable! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub/swim spa. I can't say enough good things. So thankful for the memories made."

"Cabin itself is lovely. Saw some people complain about cleanliness but do not know where that came from. Property is very well maintained. Only two minor issues is that the owner could invest in slightly better wifi. Was able to get the little bit of work I needed to do done but it’s very slow. Also needs to buy new pillows for the beds. They were so flat, feel like they haven’t been changed out in a couple of years."

"Direction to place was not good were actually off a good bit. The road to the cabins is so rough you need a good 4 wheel drive vehicle to get through them we do not recommend cars.
