"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"With a last minute booking, we found this place in the middle of Batangas. It is accessible with taxi (P500-600) that hotel can arrange but not public transportation friendly. The location is 20 mins (14km) away from Batangas Port, for those who intend to go the Puerto Galera, there are more options near the port, but not as pleasant as this hotel. "Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else. The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great. "

"The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City. "

"Very upmarket place for the area. Food was fabulous and available to be cooked any hour of the day. Nice wine selection! Clearly a European touch of quality here. Diving was fabulous and VERY personalised. I had a boat and crew to myself for four wonderful dives. This is a Lovely oasis in a popular area that has very variable degrees of quality of resorts. You are safe here and in good hands. The beach is small and a bit rocky but the grounds are very nicely done. It is an credit to the owner Cristof"
