  • Nestled behind 7th Avenue Manor is the stylish mini-Manor a unique and completely renovated guesthouse secluded and tucked away from the outside. In addition to the bedroom and indoor living spaces, the Little Manor offers private parking, time for corn hole, and conversations around the fire pit. The outside of the property is surrounded by retaining walls and is very private. Entrance is down a short stairwell (please refer to pictures). The handrail has been secured at the bottom and the sides.

Beyond the gate is a separate property not included with the rental of the Little Manor. Please do not go through the gate.
