「The property was under renovation. Even so, the hotel management kept the property clean and safe. They also, offered great hospitality. The guest laundry was very helpful because of the length of my stay. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet which needs a serious upgrade.」

「We booked two rooms for a family of six, including kids and their grandparents. The bed height in the room was too high for one of the grandparents. We contacted the front desk for help, but there was no response. 「This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom had brown stains on the wall, the bathtub had hair in it and the enamel was chipping off and rusting. The tv didn’t work and there were pieces of paper taped to the walls that seemed to be leftover from a party. The room reeked of cigarette smoke.
