The property could use some better air conditioning. They may need to clean their HVAC system or have it serviced. Otherwise, it was a nice decent place to stay.

The room we reserved was not available when we checked in. We were told they had no rooms and overbooked. Then we were told our reservation had been cancelled. They ended up putting us in a lesser room. Hair on the sheets and towels. Stuff on the carpet like it wasn’t cleaned.

It was a little warm but we were in a a heat wave. If the curtains were closed the room stayed cool. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They told us there were no rooms avaliable even though many of our party had checked in online. They had NO double rooms which left us with 1 King suite. The manager is a LIAR who then told us there was no rooms avaliable AT ALL and to go to another hotel. We were a staying there for a girls soccer tornament. Almost 2 HOURS LATER (8PM) They managed a miracle and had rooms. Although those of us that had pre booked the queen rooms now had our exhausted children on a pull out couch. WILL NEVER GO BACK

This hotel was home for a week while my.mom underwent surgery. The kitchen was very much appreciated as we prepped for her pre and post op needs. They even had a wheelchair available which came in handy after surgery. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We arrived around 11:30 for a late check in after an all day concert. I was advised that my room had been cancelled because my card was declined. I stated that the card I booked with (months prior) had been stolen and replaced but that I had received zero notification of any kind that my room had been cancelled or that there was an issue with my card. That I had actually received several emails from Expedia to check in, and reminding me about the reservation. She told me I was lying. Gave me a hard time about finding me another room and then tried to make me feel bad that the only room left was handicap at near midnight. She was rude at every turn for no reason. The room was huge and clean. No other issues, and the morning front desk person was perfectly pleasant but I would not return because of her.

I booked a 2 queen bed room in July for 3 adults and 1 kid. At 3pm the day I was to check in I got bumped to a King suite, but didn’t know that. Went to check in at 6pm and they said they were waiting for it to be clean. We were not able to get into our room until after 7, only then to find out we only had a king bed. I ended up “sleeping” on the floor. We had to wait 2 hours for extra pillows as well. The room wasn’t bad just need beds to sleep in. They said they were fully booked and gave people rooms before us even though we were there waiting. Overall horrible experience.

First time staying at this location and I was very pleased with my stay. It was a great experience from start to finish. Rooms are clean, breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. I wish I could have stayed longer.

At check in we were told our rooms were overbooked which caused us panic because we were traveling as a group. Manager accused us of our credit cards being declined which resulted in us losing our rooms which was a complete fabrication because we had all booked months in advance. In the end, we were given rooms although not the original rooms that were booked online. And to top it all off, the pool was closed the entire stay which the banner on their website stated it would be re opened by the end of August. The shining light in our stay was the sweet lady at the front desk the morning of our checkout who offered to fill our water bottles with ice water in the kitchen due to the ice machine being out of service on our floor. Word to the wise, if you are staying here, check in early so you guarantee your room doesn’t get taken from you.
