"The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it."

"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

"Outstanding experience. We hope to rebook next year for two weeks. Have stayed at a number of Swiss Mtn Condos over 10 years and this unit is the best. Our host was great helping us correct a couple of minor "start-up" experiences with the TV/internet & the Dish washer.The interior unit was clean & fresh.Outstanding vacation at Seven Springs Mtn. Resort. See you next year!"

"It looks like a classic farmhouse but it’s a perfect place for a small group who need a place to stay. Current conveniences, very clean and well stocked amenities. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but you could easily use it for lunch and dinner and the property is nice that you could enjoy outdoor dining. Would readily return in the future "

"Issues existing UPON OUR ARRIVAL:1. Garbage disposal in kitchen sink never worked, water would not drain from sink2. Screen door would not close by itself, rod on hydraulic was bent3. Many cobwebs along many baseboards (wife had to go on hands and knees to clean)4. Disappointed with toiletries only for one night when we were staying for 4 nights (especially with no convenient stores around). First Vrbo property that has happened to us. If we were expected to wash our own towels, should have left more detergent5. Hot tub access advertised, but misleading as there was a fee to use it if you were not staying at the resort hotel.6. Need to have a "welcome information sheet" - as most Vrbo properties provide for renters - explaining all of this, and other amenities of the room and property.We did appreciate the bed mattresses and quietness of the condominium."
