「The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, the location is very convenient and right near the metro. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again during my time in Paris!」

「The Deluxe Room was lovely. Nice and spacious bathroom, smart storage throughout, and a comfortable bed. The shower didn't get fully hot, which was a minor inconvenience. The hotel itself is quite basic, and the lobby/common area is a bit shabby. Twice I used the lobby bathroom. The first time there was no hand soap or towels, and the second time there was no toilet paper. I alerted the front desk staff, who were very slow to respond.」
