「The apartment was exactly as pictured. Robert was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed comfortable. Parking is just 10 stairs to the apartment.」

「First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby.
I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot.」
