"There were no towels enough for the number of people in the room . The front desk clerk was so apathetic and couldn’t care less. It is noisy, we could even hear the steps upstairs. The room was clean . The beds were good , we just needed a place to rest . In the morning , mind that it was like 8:00 something my kids were giggling not yelling and we heard a huge thump as the room besides us was demanding silence , it was so scary. The breakfast: we just looked around , there was no place to sit...

"I know that it is my problem but I have a handicap where I am allergic to animals. I always carry an epi pen because of it. I asked for a room that did not have pets in it but the room did. I was so screwed up. keep pets only on the first floor or charge them 50 bucks and clean the room with stanley cleaner it is not fair"

"I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel, but I expected a bit more. Came to Roanoke for a family event and stayed just two nights. Upon entry to our room, there were about 3 or 4 flies buzzing around. For the next couple days, flies seemed to be coming from nowhere, despite getting rid of what we saw. The room needs significant upgrades and renovations. The bed sheets were dirty with hair and stains, proving that the room wasn't cleaned properly. The shower curtain also had stains on...
