「There was an issue with the pool at the Cretan Lodge prior to our arrival, our hosts contacted us a few days before and asked if Canes Villa would be ok as a substitute as they recognized the importance of a pool for the kids. We were very happy with the location. It was very easy to get to all of the areas we had planned to visit while in thay region of Crete. We only used the main house as we were a family of 4 travelling with small children, but if travelling with a larger group or 2 families...

「Sehr große, schöne Villa, mit vielen Zimmern & Terrassen, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Sehr viele Schränke in den Schlafzimmern, alle mit Klimaanlage. Die Kids haben den Pool & auch den Basketballplatz sehr gern genutzt, auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde fast täglich bespielt. Der Pool ist auf der einen Hälfte nicht sehr tief, daher auch für kleinere Kinder gut nutzbar. Ruhige Lage auf dem Berg mit wunderbarer Aussicht (ein Auto ist aber Pflicht). 「The villa was stunning, decorated with taste and to an excellent standard. Spotlessly clean, towels, shampoo, body wash all provided. The kitchen was fully stocked. The villa had the right amount of privacy. Anastasia was so helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Location was great- we hired quads so could get around the island. We had the most wonderful week in Crete and will be back to stay at this beautiful villa. Thank you again x」

「Lovely villa and pool, super clean, great location and good instructions for check in. Only slight thing is would prefer a gate from the parking spot to the villa entrance as pool exposed so would have preferred more privacy. Also, needed to be 2 bowls, side plates as only had 1 of each and no wine glasses. A tea towel to dry dishes would be helpful as small sink area and didnt want to use bath towel. Doesnt need much to make absolutely perfect. Would stay again.」
