"We were at the Megaron for one night, on our way to Chania. The hotel was very nice and our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff, specially Effie at the front desk, were very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay. Definitely would love to return!"

"The an ultimate hotel for the best vacation ever!!! First of all most importantly service!!! Always there for your every need taking care of your every last concern All inclusive to the highest standards especially with our specific culinary needs the hotels nutritionist are always ready to do anything for your needs they where amazing both of them!!! "We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!"
