Villa Seaside Oasis is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and amenities designed to maximize comfort both indoors and outdoors and enhance the quality of your vacation.

The villa is located within a residential complex on the Gorgo Lungo waterfront, a quiet stretch of coastline in the municipality of Lascari, bordering the territory of Cefalù, the famous Norman town just a 10-minute drive or train ride away (the Lascari train station is just a 7-minute walk from the villa).
The villa features a private, heated pool for exclusive use that is open year-round. Additionally, Gorgo Lungo Beach is about 400 m away (accessible within the resort) and is served during the summer season (June 1–September 30) by the beach club of the same name, which features a bar and restaurant. During this same period, guests have free access to a beach spot with a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs.
Villa Seaside Oasis can accommodate up to 6 people and is spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one small bedroom with two single beds), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and bidet; on the attic-style upper level, there is a bedroom with two or three beds (one double and one single, or three singles), a half-bath with a sink and shower, and a small terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature double-paned windows with mosquito screens; light is blocked by shutters.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious garden with a lawn, a pool area, a sun deck with lounge chairs, an outdoor hot-water shower, a gas grill with a built-in cooking surface, and a sink.

The villa features a private parking space right next to the entrance, equipped with a charging station for electric cars (upon request). Additional parking spaces are available free of charge both inside and outside the residence.

Although the residence is located in a quiet area, it offers easy access to local businesses such as supermarkets 3 km away, bars, restaurants, beaches, the Acquapark Acquaverde Cefalù just 5 km away, the town of Lascari 3 km away, the renowned town of Cefalù just 10 km away, and the village of Campofelice di Roccella 6 km away. Other beaches: Le Salinelle (2 km), Mazzaforno (7 km), and Capo Playa (4 km).

The castle of Castelbuono is 30 km away, and the castle of Caccamo is 35 km away. In addition to visiting the beautiful town of Cefalù, Palermo and Monreale are 50 km away.

Other things to keep in mind:

The pool (8 x 3.5 m, depth 1.45–1.70 m) is open year-round and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From September through June, it is heated and equipped with a dome-shaped cover that allows for swimming in any weather conditions. It also features a balneotherapy system (Filtrinov) and a counter-current swimming system.

Children are always welcome; cribs, high chairs, and changing tables are available upon request. We are at your disposal for any specific needs.
