(2bd, 2 bath units) The master bedroom is no longer available but I have the other room + private bathroom that is priced at $1,300/month. These units are roommate style. Please see the photos for the floorplan. These are no smoking units and I have 3 units available now.

Both rooms are equipped with a wide screen television, a sound bar with surround sound, and ample dresser and closet space for your belongings. All utilities and the amenities on the complex are included. WiFi is available in the unit.

The property is pet friendly and sits in a safe and quiet neighborhood. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS AND/OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PETS ALLOWED. All amenities on the apartment complex and utilities are included. Amenities include; childrens playground area, laundry room (located across from the unit), pool/spa, barbecue area, and gym which is located on the premises. The office is open Monday- Friday for the business center. The business center can be used for printing/fax and web searching. There are 3 laundry rooms located on the premises that works with the apartment laundry card (upon request).

This apartment is located within close proximity of the Las Vegas strip, eateries, pubs, grocery stores, and hospitals. Some popular places near by/across the street include; the BlackOut (dining in the dark experience), Area 15 (5mins away), newly opened Palms Hotel Casino & (Ghost Bar). Its 8 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 10 minutes from the Sunrise Hospital, and central to the 15 highway.
