We had some challenges in personal needs that couldn’t be met but the manager and asst manager (Meloney) both worked with us to make the stay enjoyable. They were pleasant to work with. Great location and reasonable rates but and aging property.

overall, the property is okay. it’s essentially a motel 6 that’s right around the corner from the strip. the staff is super nice and friendly, room service kept my room clean and the bed was comfortable. the area it’s in is okay but you’ll more than likely not have great cell service which brings me to my biggest gripe about the place which is the fact that their wifi is HORRIBLE. i couldn’t even send texts let alone try to watch youtube on my phone. overall i’d give it a 3/5.

horrible room. no extra pillows or blankets for our child who had to sleep on a couch when it said sleeps 3. a 17 year old does not sleep in the same bed as both parents and they couldnt give us extra assets
