A Cozy 4 bedrooms 2 story Las Vegas house located in the southwest new part of town.

Everything you need to get you on the right track of a great stay is provided.

Only 13 minutes to the strip or McCarran (Las Vegas) airport.

House friendly trained pets are welcome.

EV Charger 220v 40A level 2 is available in the garage should charge about 30-35 miles/hour depend on your car.

Tesla car need to bring an adaptor to connect their Tesla's



The Space:

Las Vegas 4 bedroom 2 story house with large kitchen.

All amenities are provided.

The house is yours, no sharing with strangers.

Las Vegas southwest.

Close to the Blue Diamond Hwy and many stores.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are in town.

Taxis are available but are much more expensive.

The property was in a nice neighborhood surounded by just about anything that would be needed on a trip. Uber to Fremont was only 28. The airport was a short 10 min drive. The house was clean and cozy. All bedrooms had TVs but recommend bringing a steaming device for the bedrooms. The main livingroom tv has Roku. We would book this again.

Group Togetherness

The house was open, clean and provided enough room for my family of seven. Was very convenient to grocery stores, strip and casinos. Didn't really use kitchen but did have the basics. Would most definitely recommend staying here. The immediate communication was also top notch.

Great house with 4 bedrooms and fantastic location and great neighborhood. Many eateries and stores within a couple miles and easy access to strip within 15 minutes. I would definately stay here again.

We purposely chose a place away from the Las Vegas strip because we came for a high school reunion. The venues for the activities were not on the strip. We are in our 60s. The location was ideal and we were comfortable and felt safe.

Clean home & great host

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental just outside of Las Vegas. The home was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very communicative, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient spot near the city!

Details are not addressed…

For us, the little things added up. None of the clocks were working except for the microwave. No box spring in the king size bed. No garage door opener. No extra kitchen towels, foils, plastic bags, etc. in the kitchen. No dish dishwashing detergent. RO faucet is broken and sofa has seen better days. If you have a family staying here and expecting to cook meals, you may not have all the necessary tools you need.

Owner was SO responsive. Was it a spotless palace? No. Was it worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY? Yes it was. Would LOVE to stay here again.

Vegas getaway

The property was nice and looked clean, but the beddings in the master bedroom was not. The sheets, pillows, throw pillows and comforter smells like really bad body odor. We had to wash everything. The bed was comfy though. The pantry had limited items to use. It would have been nice to have the basic staples to cook with like pepper, olive oil, some pans and also some paper towels to clean with. Also not much utensils to use. I believe there was like 3 forks?! The downstairs bathroom vent switch was above the door which made it hard to turn on. It would have been nice to sit on the swing in the backyard if the cushion wasn't torn up. The location was nice and quiet. Close by groceries and restaurants. We would stay here again if they made some improvements.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was great for us, because we enjoy gambling at South Point Casino which was only a short distance drive from the house. The house was spacious, clean, and accommodating for our family of 7 and 2 dogs. Additionally, Ori was a great host providing us with all the necessary information we needed to have a stress-free stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
