Family vacation

We absolutely loved the our stay in this home. The owner was very responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. The location is convenient to everything, including the strip, restaurants, shopping, etc. The property is as advertised and the pool was even better in person! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Location is excellent for groceries, restaurants, shopping, strip activities and airport. The subdivision is very quiet making the pool and lounging area a very relaxing experience.The home has all the necessities you would need and the upkeep is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book again from this owner.

Lovely Home. Perfect location

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed for three weeks while working in town and everything about the home, the neighborhood, and the location was perfect. Very easy to get into downtown and plenty in the immediate area to keep you busy if you'd rather stay out of the mayhem of the city. The communication from the owner was excellent. Check-in and check-out was straight forward and very simple. We would certainly stay here again.

Quiet Oasis in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, large dining table for family dinners, great pool and overall very clean. We had some internet issues and Dave was very helpful and prompt in helping us get the issue resolved. We would recommend this house to anyone wanting to be close to excitement but also wanting quiet and an escape.

Best VRBO ever!

We stayed 5 days 4 nights and was able to check in early and check out late. Our host was amazing, the accommodations were amazing, and we didn’t have to worry about buying toiletries, washing clothes, cooking and eating. Some minor shopping items were already there. We bought a few groceries and laid back and enjoyed our stay. I will book again next year!!

Great place for a group!

Our pickleball team stayed here and it was a great place to have as our home base. We were able to cool off from the hot day on the courts in the beautiful pool and hang out in the awesome backyard. The space was plenty big for our group and was a great respite from the 100-degree days. The location was perfect - everything was within 15 minutes of the home. The host was very accessible and friendly and worked to help us with all of our needs. We'd definitely return!

Wonderful Property

Wonderful experience!

This is a house in a quiet neighborhood. Host was always a text away that answer almost immediately. House was very clean and spacious. Well stocked where I did not have to run off to the store as soon as I got there. House is very spacious with plenty of room for all to spread out. Great outdoor space to kick back and relax. Pictures of the place was as advertised. Would love to book again!

Weekend gathering

The main living areas were perfect for a gathering. Owner was amazingly and quickly available to answer any questions. The only drawback was the configuration of the bathrooms: one downstairs, one (huge and gorgeous) for master bedroom, the third one in the upstairs hall to serve 3 bedrooms. But no one complained!

This property is immaculate!!! State of the art appliances and electronics! It also features high quality consumables. Dave is VERY responsive and flexible. The backyard is a HUGE oasis that begs guest to sit for hours relaxing. The pool isn’t heated and there is an additional charge to do so. however, this would not be an issue in summer. I highly recommend this property‼

Great home in a quiet neighborhood...

We were in town for a National Volleyball tournament. Was great to be able to stay in a home away from the strip. We stayed here with 4 different family couples. Plenty of room, and the backyard space was fantastic! The only negative, was that the pool was quite cold and there wasn't a heater available yet to use to heat it up. Looks like one was in the process of being installed. I would clarify this if you are planning on using the pool a lot. Overall, great property, and the owner was very responsive to our questions.

Enjoyable stay during Super Bowl

Adult family trip for the Super Bowl. Usually we stay on the strip but decided we wanted the ability to retreat from the chaos the combination of Vegas and the SB would bring. Host was very responsive and pleasant. The location was great for a quick trip to all the places we wanted to go. The back yard was beautiful, however it was very cold while we were there so we did not get to enjoy it. I’m sure it’s awesome in the warmer months! Home had everything we could need. Our only issue the entire time was trying to regulate the temperature between the rooms. One would be hot while another freezing. The two units had auto set temps that we could adjust but we could never get it right. Could just be us. Overall we really enjoyed our week and would recommend to others.
