  • Enjoy your next trip to Las Vegas with this home where everyone can stay together and enjoy the time together. This is a spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom （we also have a queen size air mattress with sheets/blankets/towels for up to 10 guests) home with a private sparkling pool (not heated) in back yard. The location is close enough to all the action but far enough away to really have your own space away from the hustle of Las Vegas. Perfect for families and business travelers who are in town for vacation, events, meetings and more. PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO ALL HOUSE RULES -No parties/events allowed

Ken should be a super host immediately. We were low on gas for our planned BBQ and told him no rush, he got us the new gas within 15 minutes!! That’s customer service. The place was clean, stocked and wonderful.

Home away from home

This home felt as if it was home away from home. It was very roomy, and the beds were very comfortable . Ken would respond back promptly. This home had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you for a great comfortable stay we’ll definitely book again.

great location, convenient to stores and the airport. we frequented the china town area for meals, different boba places, and also grocery stores to cook at the house. nine of us (family of 4 plus friends) were in town for volleyball tournament. lots of fun memories - some jumped into the pool for cryotherapy; all of us played pool - some for the first time! thank you for the wonderful stay!

Decent house w a few issues.

Soon as we arrived at the property we walked the house, as many of us do. There were a few issues that we notified the owner and came out immediately to repair. For the inconvenience, he gave our family lots of pool accessories that our family greatly appreciate. Throughout our stay we noticed that alot of the furniture was very worn-out, drainage in the restrooms we very slow, lastly the kitchen is not well equipt (large pots, mixing bowls, and cookies sheets would have made our stay easier). Overall a great experience. This home has great bones just needs some TLC. Great location to super market and very close to the strip. AC works amazingly!!! We would love to come back to this property again, once upgraded.

Our stay was good. The electricity in the kitchen did not work for 11/2 days and once the owner came by and showed me the electrical box it almost fell apart in front of me. However, he did get the lights on and in addition, the oven did not work. We started to cook breakfast but quickly learned that the oven light came but the oven did not work.

Family Spring break

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Ken was a great communicator right from the start. He provided us with an added item we inquired about without asking. There was plenty of essential items to get us thru the week that we didn’t have to worry about getting ourselves (not usually the case for other rentals we stay in). House is located in nice neighborhood and was only a 10 min drive to the strip. We loved the house and would definitely book it again!

Not what was expected

First they put a little sign on the wall next to a step on the stairs that I didn't even notice the first time. Make sure you walk slowly and watch each step walking down the stairs two people fell down the stairs because they are different sizes. You can hear everything in the house. Hardly any items to cook with, toilet paper, or paper towels. Did not provide wash cloths and hand towels to dry hands. When looking to stay at a home away from home you expect some of the home items, but was very low or did not have any.
